Sometimes when we promote a product, we find that in the end, we can’t sell it and the conversion rate is getting lower and lower. What is the reason? The essence is that the closed loop of our value has been completed, and the efficiency behind me will become lower and lower.

So we need to constantly create value. At the same time, the value spread through the peripheral path area, such as the franchise business, is the customer’s success, and its growth path is the acceleration of the return cycle of the franchisee. It is the core path of growth.

When I was looking at Huawei’s values, I never understood the customer focus and the meaning behind it. Now I have gradually understood the words of Ren Zhengfei, who is customer-centric. In fact, it is centered on customer value creation. It is centered on customer success. His customers are all ToB big customers and the government.

Recently, we also learned about Huawei’s sales. Their service capabilities and customer delivery capabilities are very strong. At the same time, we are also using Ali YUN. By comparing the two enterprises, we can find that there are still great differences in their delivery capabilities.

Back to the two ways to solve the problem: one is infinite outward, the other is infinite inward.

Infinite outward means that when we solve a problem and meet another challenge, we can constantly seek outward: our colleagues, our superiors, even our subordinates and our peers.

Big shot in the same industry. Ask more about this problem. How did they solve it? What is their plan? What is the strategy? What are the key points? What kind of strategic compass do they use?

When we asked some external colleagues, most of the problems had been solved. However, there are still some problems that have not been solved in these people or things that we encounter, and these problems should be solved from the inside.

The ability to think in depth is the ability to do so. Deep thinking ability is often the time to test a person’s real breakthrough and innovation, because you have entered a no man’s land, and you have entered a place where you really want to create value.

This is the most important ability of an entrepreneur. I reviewed my entrepreneurial process for many years. In fact, my biggest characteristic is my ability to think deeply, but my outward ability is a little weak. Because I’m a relatively unsophisticated person. I like to think about many things by myself. This is also the point where I need to keep improving.

At this point, I also think that the source code capital of our investment institution creates real value with one of its slogans. I also agree with this statement. Because I also believe that the essence of business is to continuously create value for customers.
